Join us on December 7th, 2021 from 6:00 to 7:00pm for a virtual bannock making tutorial with KPMG!
During the virtual bannock making tutorial, we will be making a dessert bannock, inspired by a local, Indigenous-owned restaurant called Feast Cafe Bistro. We will be adding our own twist by topping the bannock with “sucre à la crème”, which is a popular treat among Métis people that is similar to caramel. The bannock recipe we will be using is a family recipe that was generously shared with us by our member, Jenny Moose.
