The inaugural 2025 case competition was a resounding success. Gathering Indigenous students and non-Indigenous allies together to learn more about the unique challenges faced by Indigenous businesses in Manitoba. UMICS is proud to have featured Michif (Red River Métis), two-spirit woman Janelle Desrosiers and her business Bloom + Brilliance from Treaty 1 Territory in Winnipeg as the inaugural case.
